We’ve shipped a major round of improvements to RLTRsync across open house, offers, documents, and settings. Here’s a full breakdown of everything that’s new in the Spring 2026 platform update.
Open House
Custom Questions for Open Houses
Take full control of your lead capture. You can now add custom questions directly into your open house sign-in flow, allowing your team to collect more meaningful, deal-driving information from every visitor. Choose from text, number, dropdown, and yes/no field types. Add optional placeholder hint text for each question. Answers are collected with every sign-in and included in your CSV export.
Follow-Up Email — Submit Offer Button
The automated follow-up email sent to open house visitors now supports a Submit an Offer button. Add [offer_link] anywhere in your follow-up email template and it becomes a styled button linking directly to the offer submission page for that property.
Rich Link Previews When Sharing Sign-In Links
When you share your open house sign-in URL via text or social media, it now shows the property photo, address, and a proper page title in the link preview — instead of a blank card.
Co-Host Names on Disclosures & QR Flyers
When an open house has a co-host, both agents’ names now appear in disclosure documents and on all QR flyer templates (T1-T9). Previously only the primary agent’s name was shown.
Three New QR Flyer Templates
Three new flyer designs have been added – Cursive Hero, Bold Overlay, and Sign-In Dark – bringing the total to 9 templates to choose from.
Offers
Auto Populated Deal Sheets
Team Plans Only. Instantly generate deal sheets with offer data already filled in – price, deposit, closing date, buyer and attorney info, and your agent signature block. Edit any field in the browser before downloading. No more manual entry, no missed details. Upload your own branded deal sheet template in Settings and it uses your version automatically.
Custom Questions on Offer Submissions
Go beyond standard offer forms. Add your own questions to the offer submission form from Offer Management Settings. Buyers answer them as a dedicated step during submission. Responses appear in the offer detail panel on your dashboard.
Counter Offer Status
Offers can now be marked Countered – in addition to Accepted and Rejected. When you set an offer to Countered, the agent notification modal opens automatically so you can send the counter offer email in the same step. Countered offers display with an orange highlight across all offer views.
Smarter Agent Email Templates
The Email Agent modal now uses the same set of pre-built templates as the Email All Agents page:
- Best & Final Call
- Offer Status Update
- Materials / Document Request
- Offer Not Selected
- Offer Accepted Notice
- Counter Offer Notice
When you select a template, your name, title, company, phone, email, and logo are automatically inserted – no more placeholder text left in sent emails.
Seller Concessions Field
An optional Seller Concessions Towards Closing Costs field is now available on offer submissions. Enable it from Offer Management Settings. Concessions are factored into the Net to Seller calculation and displayed across the dashboard and offer portal.
Expanded Attorney Fields
The attorney section on offer submissions now collects four separate fields: Name, Company, Email, and Phone – instead of a single free-text field. All four values appear in the offer detail panel and comparison view.
Manually Add Offers
Keep everything in one place. You can now manually add offers that come in outside the platform so your dashboard always reflects the full picture.
Documents & Disclosures
Custom Disclosures
Tailor disclosures to your office or brokerage requirements. Custom disclosures can now be added to open houses. Contact your team manager to have this set up for your office.
Signed PDFs Attached to Completion Emails
When a disclosure packet is completed, the signed PDFs are now automatically attached to both the agent notification email and the visitor confirmation email. No more logging in just to download a document that’s already done.
E-Signature Legal Compliance
Every signed document now includes a full audit certificate page – signer name and email, IP address, timestamp, and document fingerprint – compliant with ESIGN/UETA requirements. Signers explicitly consent before being permitted to sign.
Audio/Video Disclosure – Automatic Inclusion
When the “This property has a recording device” toggle is enabled, the Audio/Video Recording Disclosure is automatically added as the final document in the signing workflow. No manual setup required.
Additional Signing Improvements
- Both signers’ names now appear correctly in combined name fields on NYS Agency Disclosure and Fair Housing forms
- Text fields on the signing page are read-only – signers can’t accidentally edit pre-filled data
- Checkboxes have a cleaner, high-contrast design in both checked and unchecked states
- Signature modal always centers on screen, even inside embedded workflows
Settings
Custom Email Templates for Offer Management
Send faster, more consistent communication. Create and save your own email templates from Settings. Your templates are available in all email modals across the platform. Use variable chips to insert dynamic values – buyer agent name, listing address, offer update link, your agent info – with a single click.
Default Alert Emails
Set a custom default subject and message for Accepted, Rejected, and Countered offer notifications. Write it once in Settings, save it, and it pre-fills automatically every time the alert modal opens.
Configurable Net to Seller Calculation
Choose how Net to Seller is calculated: Price minus Commission, Price minus Concessions, or Price minus Both. The formula applies everywhere – dashboard, offer portal, and CSV export.
Important Notes
Our team has worked hard to ensure this rollout is as smooth as possible. As with any major update, there may be small issues that come up as these features are used in real time.
We will also be scheduling a training session shortly to walk through all of these new features and make sure your team is getting the most out of the platform. We appreciate your support and feedback as we continue building and improving RLTRsync.
