AUDIO RECORDING DEVICE BUYER/TENANT NOTICE

1. Buyers/Tenants are advised that property owners and property managers may have the ability to
mechanically overhear a conversation by having one or more devices recording, streaming or otherwise
documenting the conversation of individuals during real estate-related activities at the property (open
houses, showings etc.). Such devices may include, but are not limited to, smart home devices, security
devices, computers, webcams, nanny cams, pet cams and other covert devices.

2. Absent a disclosure from the owner or manager of a property that there are no devices present, you
should presume that that every property being shown to you may have a device present that can overhear
every conversation. You are advised that you should not have conversations in any property that you do
not want the owner of the property or the owner’s property manager to overhear.

3. I have received and read this Disclosure. I understand and acknowledge that the owner or property
manager of properties I visit may have access to the audio portion of any conversation at the property.
