Tim stepped up and took care of everything the listing and showings until 88 days later our house was sold. Amazing We did not get full asking price because there was some work that needed to be done on the home that I had intended to get to during the summer months but as we were in the hurry up offense, we had to do what we had to do. I must say it was close - I don't know if I was more happy that I didn't have to get the work done and give up my entire summer or the fact that we were out of there and 88 days. Less a few bucks.
