When I thought about selling my house in Williston Park, I looked up several agents on Zillow. She seemed to have extensive knowledge about the area, and when I first spoke with her I was impressed. She came over to look at my house and was rather rude throughout the process. We had renovated the entire house and it was transformed from a dingy builder's special mother/daughter rental, into a beautiful home with high end, modern finishes. She pointed out all of the negatives and when we made our way into our beautiful kitchen she said "you should see my kitchen." She promised me that we would not get above $525,000 for my house and that she wouldn't list it for more than 550. Turns out a few months later I went with another agent who listed it on the high side, but got us almost $70,000 more than her $525,000 estimate. As someone who works in the sales and customer service industry, I was not impressed with her customer relationship management skills.

Nina Harris is the Real Deal!  She was the 4th agent to list my house and had an accepted offer in just 10 days.
