This is my second review of Nancy and it’s still 5 stars. Nancy Jarvis is the best at what she does. I had full confidence that Nancy would find the house we were looking for within our price range. She makes herself available and worked Nancy even helped us get our house reappraised to increase the value. She is the only realtor I would use when buying and selling a home.

Nancy helped us buy our first home a co-op a year ago. She helped us every step of the way of going through the home buying process. She sold our home in Carle Place. She lies to your face and over prices your home. She likes to tell you she has "buyers in her pocket" but they magically disappear. She only hosts the first open house - arrived late and without any handouts or info. for buyers. She then has inexperienced realtors or her husband host future open houses - and you have to fight for her to do that. She told the buyers we had bought our other home so they would not budge on their offer. She does that so she gets her commission and moves on....

To my surprise, she exceeded expectations both in terms of price, and the time it took to sell. Before I delve into the review, I'd like to point out that I very seldom write reviews of anything, but wanted to share my experience with the biggest purchase of my life thus far which could also be yours. Concerning Nancy Jarvis, I think she's simply amazing. I would classify her as a highly experienced "super agent". Why? Firstly, Nancy is well familiar with the markets that she covers concerning many hidden listings and owners that want to sell but not yet to market. In this day and age with the Internet, it's very difficult to do consistently, which she does. Also, Nancy is amazingly thorough and always follows up. Nancy is always prompt in answering questions and speaking via calls, texts, and in person. It was amazing that she answered at all times of day (early morning and late night). If you've made it this far in reading, you may be thinking...this sounds like most agents or at least a reasonable number, but I want to assure you, Nancy is not. Nancy is unrelenting and never dropped the ball once-even when we me and fiance ran into a confusion spell with direction, she always followed up with us, and even often called us with new listings within 10 minutes of them being listed with us standing in the house the same or next day. A key with Nancy, and what wow'd us again and again is that Nancy never sells or tried to convince us to buy anything, even if she went out of her way to show it to us. Often she would say "it's not going to work for your needs...here's why, and let's find something better" - amazing. She really tries to understand her client. Nancy is unrelenting and worked tirelessly for us. I am greatful that her intense work ethic exceeded our expectations in line with our hopes for who would help us with our first home purchase. Also, I know it's not directly related but if Bravo or HGTV ever wanted to do a real estate show on Long Island, Nancy should be picked. I think she's just as strong and personable as any agent on tv today.
