My interaction with Mitchell Sher was an extremely positive experience. He listened to our needs and offered us his suggestion and opinion, based on his experience of the market. He spent the time showing us homes that fit into our budget. Ultimately, we decided to save additional funds, so we can better afford a home of our dreams. Mitchell never got impatient with all they questions that we had for him and invested his time in us. Surprisingly, at our request, he was willing to show us homes that we fell in love with, though, knew we could not, yet, afford, just so we had a vision to compare and strive for. At one time, he even advised us from getting too emotional in our buying decision and let the numbers help us decide. He explained that this was a long term investment and that the mortgage payments will last far longer than the euphoria of buying our first home. He was more of a mentor than a salesman. He is an awesome Realtor...a cut above the rest...and when we reach our new down payment amount, we will be running back to Mitchell. I promise you.
