Before we hired Matt he came to our home and made several recommendations for staging the home for sale. In addition he had a prepared report of similar homes in our area that had been sold which helped us generate traffic and maximize the price we were able to get for our home. We put our house on the market with Matt and received several offers with in the first two days. We were in contract a week after listing the house with Matt. Matt is a very aggressive professional salesman and will always keep the goals of his client first. I would reccomend Matt without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.
