I have brought several properties over the years .Liz is by far the most ambitious ,knowledgeable ,patient, agent I have ever worked with. When you want to give up she has enough energy for the both of you .when the chips are down she has a bag of bigger chips .Liz is the agent that does her job and yet knows when to back away and let you come back to her.I will never buy another property with out her .I would never have a problem referring her to anyone .

Lis is a rare animal in the real estate world. She has more of both tenacity and honesty than any of her peers and, we were bitten by quite a few. The sale apart, Lis helped us over a 2 year period buy a place my wife decided acceptable and my wife's views changed more often than her underwear! Most realtors gave up on us but Lis didn't. In selling our home, she took better care of it and us than we did. She was more than totally trustworthy and looked after our interests better than we could have done. In my view, she's probably the best professional out there and is one of the few one can turn around to and say 'here's the keys, sell it with minimal disruption to our life'. Her fees are worth every cent and in fact represent a substantial discount for the services she provides. IF there is anyone else out there offering anything like comparable services, they would cost substantially more and I'm doubtful there is anyone actually giving her high level of service.

Lis was a tremendous resource and guide for us in our search for our first home purchase. Her first words to us were “I will work hard for you” and she did not lie. From day one, she was always lively, enthusiastic, witty, warm, and prepared. She was never pushy, she gave us our space when we felt we needed it, and she respected our reservations on prospective homes. We were very confident in her when we decided to have her represent us. The one thing that we appreciate her for was her initiative. Her initiative and drive is what allowed us to live in the house that we now call home. We wholeheartedly recommend Lis. She represented us professionally, provided recommendations to other reliable resources (home inspection, lawyer, etc.), and provided guidance to us throughout the home search process and even past our closing. We certainly will look to her if/when we decide to purchase another home.
