Julie's professionalism is questionable. Despite approving an apartment, a payment confusion arose. The landlord suggested a certified check on lease signing day, which seems to be a new requirement, potentially motivated by racial biases. Unfortunately, this led to the apartment being given to someone else, leaving a family with three children without a home. It's crucial to address such discriminatory practices and promote fairness in housing.
