Worst experience in all of my years in home buying. Stay away had the unpleasant experience dealing with Jeff Canas and Genesis. First off they were super pushy trying to force me into using their laywer and home inspection team I understand you get a kick back if I use their "in house" recommendations but this should not at all affect a deal. Unfortunately I lost the house I even got inspected because of these selfish games. Really pissed off and would never deal with them or this agency bc of their selfish ways!
