Janet Falco not only helped me buy my new home but was instrumental in helping me sell our existing home. Her follow-up and due diligence was top notch. She was extremely thorough and professional and being on an extremely tight timeline I have to say that it was 100% due to Janet's persistence and follow-up that we were able to sell my house in ONE day.
