Gil managed to find us the perfect home in a very short amount of time. We had to travel from the northwest, and had only a few days to look at houses. He immediately arranged video and F2F tours of all of the houses we were interested in, responded to our every question, gave us a realistic assessment of real estate challenges in New York, and followed through with tips on contractors for the few small remodeling projects we considered. WIthout him, we might have given up.
