My home was adjacent to the long island rail road, the tracks are 35 feet away... The Home was also in Mint condition inside and out. I had a legal accessory apartment permit... There was no houses to compare My home to. The home called for a higher price due to condition and accessory apartment but also had to be priced as it was next to the tracks. Using her extensive experience and knowledge of her industry she did not just throw numbers out. Debbie put together a sales plan with a price that reflected the homes value that was fair, and presented it to me with a secondary plan in place. With in the first few days we had a few low ball ridicules offers. This I know is normal and expected.... By the first open house which she set up on the first weekend she had five offers and got me full price... With Debbie it dose not stop with the offer and contract. She was there for the whole sale. in fact when I had an issue with the title company Debbie kept the sellers agent in the loop..... Debbie truly cares about people..
