Bonnie is wonderful at what she does. Her patience and compassion make her a real asset to the senior citizen population. I recently worked with Bonnie to find a rental property for my 89 year old father, who was considering moving from NJ to Long Island NY. She really knows the area, especially the 3 Leisure communities in Ridge NY, where my dad wanted to live. She spent countless hours searching for the right condo for him with everything on his wish list. She is a really good listener and works very hard, is very patient, answering all questions. She even helped my dad navigate the Coldwell Banker application site on line, when he experienced trouble with it. She found my dad a beautiful separate 2 bedroom condo in the area he loved and we are all very happy. I would absolutely recommend using Bonnie for any rental or sale property, especially for relocating senior citizens to the area. I would consider her a senior citizen specialist in the area of real estate!

I have dealt with many realtors over the years; Bonnie was the exception. From the first time I met Bonnie, I felt she was honestly working for my best interests. She is an exception because she actively worked for me to find a place to rent, not buy. I can't imagine what she could offer if she was finding or selling a home. No matter what time of day, she responded to my frequent text messages, emails, and phone calls. She even went the extra step to enable me to be approved by a home owners association. I did not ask her to do so; she did it on her own. Bonnie became a friend, and with that I would highly recommend her.

Bonnie was the BEST agent I could have imagined! There are 3 things that are outstanding. 1 . - She had a knowledge of houses in this price range and in this county which was very helpful in getting my home sold fast. 2. - She made suggestions such as painting the exterior and improving lighting which helped to sell the house. 3. - She was available anytime I needed her. Also she is technologically savvy, as demonstrated through video, newspaper adds and online information.
