My wife and I had been looking for a home on and off for about two years. During each house hunting stint, we worked with a different real estate agent because we were disappointed in the results they were giving us and we didn't think any of them could find us what we were looking for. Shortly after the birth of our fourth child, we knew we needed to find a more spacious home and move out of our cramped apartment. We didn't have a real estate agent but called up the listing agent of a house that we had seen for sale online. We had zero expectations walking in to see this house, but there we were introduced to Monica who worked with the listing agent. We felt comfortable working her right away.
