By entering your information into the Entry Point Pro system, you agree that your data may be used for:

  • Providing real estate services such as disclosures or market reports

Our goal is to create a personalized and efficient real estate experience for you.

3. Use of Your Information by Real Estate Professionals
Your information will be accessible only to the hosting real estate agent, their team, and—with your explicit consent—a preferred mortgage lender if active.

You agree that the hosting agent may:

  • Contact you via email, phone, or text

  • Share your information with internal team members to support the home-buying process

Please note:

– RLTRsync will never sell, distribute, or share your data with anyone outside of the real estate agent and, if applicable, a preferred lender—with your explicit consent.

– RLTRsync is not responsible for how real estate agents or third parties use the data once shared. Any questions or concerns regarding communications or data usage should be directed to the hosting agent or their brokerage.

4. Privacy and Data Security
At RLTRsync, your privacy is a top priority. We implement industry-standard safeguards including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest

  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized users

  • Retention policies that securely delete data after a reasonable period

Despite these measures, users should be aware that no digital system is entirely risk-free.

5. NYS Agency Disclosure
You will be provided with a New York State Agency Disclosure Form to clarify the agency relationship in this transaction. Please review this form carefully and ask the hosting agent if you have any questions about their role.
