Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
With your consent (which is given by signing in and agreeing to these Terms), your information may be shared by the hosting agent and/or their brokerage with third parties involved in or supporting your real estate journey, including:

- Home inspectors, appraisers, and surveyors
- Home-warranty providers and home-service vendors (contractors, movers, etc.)
RLTRsync itself does not sell your personal contact information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. However, RLTRsync provides tools that allow your agent and brokerage to store, manage, and share your information with their chosen partners and vendors. RLTRsync is not responsible for, and does not control, how those independent third parties use or safeguard your information once it has been shared with them.
-
Privacy and Data Security
RLTRsync implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit where appropriate and access controls for authorized users of the platform.
However, no digital system or method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree that:
- RLTRsync cannot guarantee absolute security of your information; and
- RLTRsync is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, or other security incidents beyond its reasonable control.

Fair Housing and Non-Discrimination
The hosting agent and brokerage are required to comply with all Fair Housing laws. Discrimination is prohibited on the basis of:
- Race
- Color
- Religion
- Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
- Disability
- Familial status
- National origin
- Any other protected characteristic under applicable law
If you believe you have experienced discrimination, you should report this to the appropriate government agency or legal professional.
-
No Obligation to Purchase or Engage Services
Signing in to this open house does not obligate you to purchase the property, work with any particular agent, or use any recommended service provider. You are free to work with the real estate professional(s) of your choice and to decline any products or services offered.
You may request to limit certain communications or to stop marketing communications at any time, as described above.
-
Your Rights Regarding Your Information
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the information collected about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information when it is no longer needed for legitimate business purposes
Because your information is primarily controlled by the hosting agent and their brokerage, you should direct such requests to the listing/hosting agent or their brokerage office. Role of RLTRsync and Limitation of Liability
Entry Point Pro and RLTRsync provide the technology platform used to collect and store your information and to assist real estate professionals with open house management and follow-up.
RLTRsync does not:
- Act as your real estate agent, broker, lender, or legal representative;
- Control the professional judgment, advice, or actions of the hosting agent, brokerage, or any third-party providers;
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any property information or communications sent by agents or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that:
- RLTRsync and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Entry Point Pro or any communications you receive from agents or third parties.
- RLTRsync’s total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or relating to your use of Entry Point Pro shall be limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amount, if any, actually paid by the hosting agent or brokerage to RLTRsync specifically for your use of Entry Point Pro at this open house, to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that any dispute, claim, or issue related to professional services or communications provided by a real estate agent, brokerage, lender, or other third-party service provider must be addressed directly with that party, and not with RLTRsync.
-
Changes to These Terms
RLTRsync and/or the hosting agent or brokerage may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in laws, platform features, or business practices. The version presented to you at the time you sign in, or any subsequent version clearly communicated to you, will govern our use of your information.
Continued use of Entry Point Pro or continued engagement with the hosting agent after changes are posted or provided to you constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
-

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the property you are visiting is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over that location, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
